Three Reliable Methods
Select the method that fits your tools. For wide bands, measuring an existing ring is the most accurate approach.
Select a ring that fits your finger well. Lay it flat on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimeters at the widest inner edge.
Wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger base. Mark where the ends meet and measure the length in millimeters against a ruler.
